Martyn Levy, Chief Executive Officer

Martyn was one of the original investors in RoamAD and has guided the company from its initial inception, including raising requisite capital, building the core team and company, through to first commercial launch of RoamAD's solution, and closing business for RoamAD in USA, Asia, Europe, Australasia and the Caribbean.

Prior to joining RoamAD, Martyn worked as a venture capitalist and as a finance lawyer in the Moscow office of law firm Clifford Chance. Martyn also worked as a solicitor in the banking team at Bell Gully in Auckland. He has experience in telecommunications, venture capital, cross border financing and debt restructuring. Martyn served as Chairman of RoamAD before becoming the CEO.

Martyn graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Craig Cameron, Chairman

Craig has over 23 years experience in executive positions in the IT and telecommunications industries in five different countries, in both start-up and mature technology businesses. Craig was the CEO of RoamAD for 18 months prior to becoming Chairman.

In the telecommunications field, Craig has worked with both AT&T Corporation in the United States, and with Telstra Corporation, Australia's largest telecommunications company.

At Telstra, Craig held a range of positions including head of strategy and business development, COO of Telstra Multimedia, and Managing Director of Telstra's wireless data business.

While at Telstra, Craig had responsibility for the launch of Telstra's ISP business, led the team that negotiated the formation of Australia's largest IT services business with IBM and Lend Lease (IBM Global Services Australia), and worked with News Corp. to form Foxtel, Australia's leading pay TV business.

Craig was the founding CEO of Advantra Pty Limited, a start up IT services business in Australia which he grew into a $300M business in three and a half years from 1997 - 2000.

Prior to Telstra, Craig worked at NCR Corporation, a computing systems supplier, for over 15 years. At NCR he was chief strategist during its merger with AT&T, held the position of Senior Managing Director of NCR Japan, and was Managing Director of NCR New Zealand in the early 1990s.

Brian Andrews, VP Technology

Prior to joining RoamAD, Brian was the founding director of a systems consultancy company delivering solutions for major New Zealand companies primarily in the financial sector.

Brian holds a Masters in Commerce (Hons) (Information Systems) from the University of Auckland and has more than 15 years software development experience.

Brian leads RoamAD's research and development and was responsible for developing RoamAD's system architecture.
